Beginners Hatha Yoga: A basic yoga introduction emphasizing body alignment, breathing, deep stretching & relaxation, using props.
Mixed Hatha Yoga: A combination of relaxing and vigorous
yoga postures in a moderately paced class.
Power Vinyasa Yoga: A vigorous, detoxifying and flowing
series of postures based on the Ashtanga Primary Series format. This
is an advanced class, yoga experience and familiarity is recommended.
Yoga for Kidz: A fun basic yoga introduction for children. Yoga improves concentration, focus, socialization and self esteem in children. Class sessions are divided into age groups from 4 - 8
and 9 - 13 years old.
Classical Pilates is a matwork repertoire using specific body postures in a conscious, focused and willful manner, executed with precision and grace.
There is an emphasis on deep breathing and mental concentration to train and build a healthy mind, body and respiratory system.
Pilates will strengthen your core (abs) by teaching you to
connect your mind with your body; an important element
for physical exercise. A strong core will improve your posture and strengthen your back and torso. Students must complete an initial Introduction Class to get familiar with the poses and muscle control techniques before beginning the regular class routine.

Cardio Bootcamp is a high energy interval training class designed
to strengthen and tone your entire body. Using intervals of
aerobics, optional handweights and muscular conditioning,
prepare to engage all your major muscle groups and work up a
great detoxifying sweat! This is a multi level class, based on
your personal fitness level and needs. Cardio will improve your
energy, strength and endurance while burning calories.
