NO IMPACT CARDIO CLASS
The 'No Impact Cardio Class' focuses on individuals with restrictions and
limitations related to being overweight, arthritis, inactive lifestyle or joint
issues/injuries.
This Interval Training class will strengthen and tone your entire
body
using intervals of seated stability ball aerobics, light
hand weights,
resistance bands and muscular conditioning; engaging
all your major muscle groups
and working up a great calorie burning
sweat!!
The classes closes with gentle stretching and balancing exercises.
This is a multi-level
class, based on your personal fitness
level and needs.
Tuesdays at 2:30 p.m.

Whether you're looking for improved posture,

Crystal Singing Bowl Healing Meditation: Saturday, March 31st at 11 am. Join us for this guided meditation with the powerful healing vibration of the singing crystal bowls.
Each class is $20/person. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
BELLY DANCING!!!
Belly dancing is fun! Along with fun, the study of the Art of Belly Dancing can reduce stress and raise self awareness and self esteem.
Originally taught as a preparation for child birth, it’s a workout
that brings improved posture and muscle toning too.

Tuesday - Thursday from 12:15 - 12:45
The classes will consist of
a warm-up, intervals of cardiovascular & muscle conditioning
exercise, followed by a relaxing cool down stretch. So if you're
working in an office nearby, bring your co-workers and get fit on your
lunch break!
Best of all...classes are only $5 each!!!
